Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Success Architect to influence technical architecture, performance, and solution design for AI-driven customer success at scale. You will guide strategic customers, translate complex concepts into business value, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust architectures.

Office-flexible role with three days in the office weekly; strong data governance, data modelling, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years in role or related field.
• Experience guiding customers through complex AI implementations with clear technical direction.
• Understanding of data modelling, integration and governance best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organisation, incl. Data Cloud and AI.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize architecture, dev/ops, performance, and design.
• Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions via standard or customised approaches.
• Facilitate executive discussions aligning technology strategy with business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the Agentforce engagement catalogue for unique customer needs.
• Build strong internal/external relationships to support growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge to drive thought leadership.
