Qualifications

• Previous consulting sector experience at manager-equivalent level.
• Ability to contribute to value proposition and identify new opportunities.
• Experience with Organisational Design, Service Design or Service Architecture.
• Experience in Value Stream Mapping and Process Redesign.
• Roadmap and business case development.
• Project and Programme management using Agile and Waterfall.
• Understanding of AI trends and impact on strategy and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Supporting medium-sized client engagements and leading workstreams.
• Assessing current operating models and building the case for change.
• Using data and insights to develop robust recommendations.
• Delivery Model Maturity Analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Design and implementation of a target IT operating model.
• Client reporting, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
