• Previous consulting sector experience at manager-equivalent level.
• Ability to contribute to value proposition and identify new opportunities.
• Experience with Organisational Design, Service Design or Service Architecture.
• Experience in Value Stream Mapping and Process Redesign.
• Roadmap and business case development.
• Project and Programme management using Agile and Waterfall.
• Understanding of AI trends and impact on strategy and operating models.

• Supporting medium-sized client engagements/ leading workstreams and day-to-day client delivery
• Assessing Business, Digital or IT current operating models and developing the case for change
• Using data and insights to develop robust clients recommendations
• Delivery Model Maturity Analysis, identify service improvement opportunities and implement industry standards and best practices
• Design and implementation of a target IT operating model
• Client reporting, workshop facilitation and proactive management of client stakeholders

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in the Consulting sector (Manager equivalent role in other consulting firms)
• Contribute to value proposition and new opportunities
• Organisational Design
• Service Design or Service Architecture
• Value Stream Mapping and Process Redesign
• Roadmap and business case development
• Project and Programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches
• Understanding of technology and AI trends and how they are affecting strategy and IT operating models
