Job summary

Atos Amplify is expanding its UK consulting team. We seek experienced consultants to lead medium-sized client engagements, manage delivery, and assess current operating environments to develop the case for change using data-driven insights.

You will design and implement target operating models, report to clients, facilitate workshops, and support go-to-market and proposition development. UK mobility is required.

Qualifications

• Previous consulting experience at manager level or equivalent.
• Ability to analyse value propositions and strategic drivers.
• Experience in designing target operating models and organisation design.
• Expertise in value stream mapping and process redesign.
• Proven track record in roadmapping and business-case development.
• Experience delivering projects with Agile and Waterfall methods.
• Understanding AI trends and their impact on strategy and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Leading medium-sized client engagements and managing day-to-day delivery.
• Assessing current operating environments and developing the case for change.
• Using data and insights to develop robust recommendations.
• Design and implementation of a target operating model.
• Client reporting, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Supporting go-to-market and proposition development.
