Job summary

Atos Amplify is hiring an Operational Excellence Consultant to support digital transformation for private and public sector clients in the UK. You will bring hands-on consultancy experience, drive process improvements and lead projects that deliver measurable business impact.

You will operate in a dynamic, multi-functional team with extensive training and support, and engage across client sites with hybrid working arrangements. UK mobility and security clearance readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Experience in the Consulting sector and in roles supporting or operational change.
• Experience with collaboration tools and digital platforms (such as Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow and Salesforce).
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Business Analysis certification.

Responsibilities

• Client advisory experience of advising clients on how to improve their business’ operations, including cost reduction and automation.
• Project leadership – lead consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
• Business analysis & business process mapping – work with client stakeholders to understand, document, diagnose and transform their business processes.
• Continuous improvement – identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Stakeholder relationship management – excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
• Project management – training in / experience of project management tools and techniques.
• Client engagement – work autonomously with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored engagement strategies, and ensure successful implementation.
• Team development – experience of developing teams to deliver consulting assignments for clients.
• Business development – experience of contributing to the sale of work or extension of contracts.
