Job summary

Atos Amplify seeks experienced consultants to join a growing team, leading workstreams, delivering client engagements, and shaping operating models for digital transformation. You will assess current models, develop change programs, and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

With UK mobility and a focus on AI-enabled advisory services, you will drive value through design, governance, and practical implementation while collaborating across Atos Amplify and client teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in the consulting sector with manager-equivalent capability.
• Ability to contribute to value proposition and pursue new opportunities.
• Strong design and architecture skills across operating models and services.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support medium-sized client engagements and day-to-day delivery.
• Assess current operating models and build the case for change.
• Use data and insights to develop robust client recommendations.
• Perform Design and implementation of target IT operating models.
• Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders, and report to clients.

About The Role

Atos Amplify is our new brand within the marketplace and we are looking for experienced consultants to join our growing team. Key responsibilities include

• Supporting medium-sized client engagements/ leading workstreams and day-to-day client delivery
• Assessing Business, Digital or IT current operating models and developing the case for change
• Using data and insights to develop robust clients recommendations
• Delivery Model Maturity Analysis, identify service improvement opportunities and implement industry standards and best practices
• Design and implementation of a target IT operating model
• Client reporting, workshop facilitation and proactive management of client stakeholders

Your Skills And Experience

• Previous experience in the Consulting sector (Manager equivalent role in other consulting firms)
• Contribute to value proposition and new opportunities
• Operating Model Design
• Organisational Design
• Service Design or Service Architecture
• Value Stream Mapping and Process Redesign
• Roadmap and business case development
• Project and Programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches
• Understanding of technology and AI trends and how they are affecting strategy and IT operating models

Additional Requirements

• UK mobility with regular client‑site engagement
• Security clearance (SC / BPSS), or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance
