Job summary

Athos Commerce is seeking a QA Engineer to help build AI-powered quality workflows and scalable automation. You will work with Head of QA and engineers to extend test automation across UI, API, and data layers, while shifting from Selenium to Playwright with TypeScript.

You will diagnose failures via logs, databases, and telemetry, strengthen CI/CD quality gates in Azure DevOps, and promote robust observability and release quality across the product suite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software testing experience spanning both hands-on testing and test automation.
• Strong C#/.NET experience with the ability to independently write and maintain production-quality automation code.
• Experience working within and extending test automation frameworks; experience building a framework from scratch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-assisted quality workflows that help engineers generate, maintain, and triage test assets more efficiently.
• Build and maintain automated testing across UI, API, and data layers.
• Collaborate on migrating Selenium automation to Playwright with TypeScript and integrate into CI/CD.
• Investigate failures across logs, APIs, databases, and production systems.
• Review pull requests and contribute hands-on code to improve quality tooling and automation.
