Job summary

FIS is seeking a Change Specialist to own the design and continuous improvement of our sales process, training, and AI enablement across the global commercial organization. This individual contributor role turns strategy into field practice and uses AI to scale impact.

You will build the playbook, deliver the learning path, and define how sellers use AI, working across NA, EMEA and APAC time zones with a governance mindset and hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or revenue operations.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training to distributed sales teams.
• Experience owning a sales process in a large organization.
• Hands-on use of AI in professional context with practical impact.
• Strong change management and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process definitions, criteria and hand-offs.
• Lead training curriculum across live, virtual, and on-demand formats.
• Define AI-enabled sales use cases and governance with Legal/Risk.
• Produce enablement content and run field-facing sessions.
• Measure adoption and report impact to leadership.
