Job summary

Consult is seeking a Finance-focused Change Management Consultant to drive transformation through AI adoption in finance. You will engage with senior stakeholders, identify AI opportunities, and deliver training and enablement programs to accelerate productivity and efficiency across Finance functions.

The role combines practical AI demonstrations, coaching, and change management to embed new AI-enabled ways of working within finance teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Finance processes and ability to engage with Finance professionals.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and practical AI enablement.
• Experience delivering training, workshops and coaching on AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver finance-focused AI training sessions and workshops.
• Identify AI opportunities within finance processes and develop practical use cases.
• Coach users on prompting techniques and AI-enabled workflows.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement for AI initiatives.
• Develop adoption strategies and track value realisation across finance functions.
