Job summary

ServiceNow seeks an Implementation Manager to drive the on-time, on-budget delivery of the Moveworks platform for enterprise customers. You will assemble and lead project resources, ensure governance, track progress, and manage deviations to realize customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include guiding initial implementation, engaging with sales and partners, and ensuring organizational readiness. Travel up to 25% may be required; a strong PM background with SaaS experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years progressive experience leading software implementations with enterprise customers.
• Project management including scope control, budgeting, estimating, and resource management.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• Ability to propose technical solutions and communicate concepts clearly.
• Strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through initial implementation of Moveworks.
• Manage the engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, and reporting.
• Help customers identify, map, build, and launch agentic workflows that drive business value.
• Provide change management best practices to ensure successful adoption.
• Work with Sales, partners, and customers to understand the engagement and value delivered.
• Partner with Product to share insights from the field for product development cycles.
• Mentor team members and partners to achieve engagement deliverables.
