Allianz UK is seeking a Resource Planning Analyst for a 9-month secondment to shape forecasting across voice, digital, chat and email channels. Located in Leeds or Bournemouth, the role emphasizes AI-driven analytics, real-time scheduling, and cross-team collaboration.

You will design schedules, deliver dashboards, and provide insights to support transformation initiatives in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in resource planning, workforce management, or operations analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel and workforce management tools.
• Awareness of AI concepts and their application in resource planning.
• Experience with digital forecasting tools and multi-channel environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build accurate short- and long-term forecasts for multi-channel environments.
• Use analytics and AI-driven tools to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Integrate digital interaction trends (Chatbots/Voicebots) into planning models.
• Design and maintain schedules to meet demand and objectives.
• Respond to real-time changes and operational priorities.
• Track resource utilization and service levels across channels.
• Provide actionable reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Offer insights to support strategic decisions and transformation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Digital and Technology teams.
