Job summary

Allianz Personal is seeking a Resource Planning Analyst on a 9-month secondment in the UK to ensure the right people are in the right place across channels. You will blend data-driven forecasting with AI and digital solutions to meet service levels and support transformation efforts.

Responsibilities include building multi-channel forecasts, designing schedules, and delivering dashboards for senior stakeholders, while collaborating with Operations, Digital, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Build accurate short- and long-term forecasts for multi-channel environments (voice, digital, chat, email).
• Use advanced analytics and AI-driven tools to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Incorporate digital interaction trends (Chatbots/Voicebots) into planning models.
• Design and maintain efficient schedules to meet demand and objectives.
• Provide insight to support strategic decisions and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing needs across channels and time horizons.

• Integrate chat and voice channels into resource planning.
