Job summary
ECA International is looking for an AI Automation QA Engineer to help shape and develop our approach to automated testing across the business. This is more than a traditional QA automation role; you'll build automation capability, introduce AI-assisted testing tools and explore how agentic AI can improve speed, accuracy and scalability.

Qualifications
- You are an experienced QA automation professional who can build capability beyond a framework.
- Strong understanding of automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Experience creating or significantly developing a QA automation framework.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain automated test suites across platforms.
- Develop and evolve the QA automation framework and scalable workflows.
- Use Playwright, Selenium or Cypress to improve test coverage.
- Introduce AI-assisted testing techniques, including test generation and self-healing scripts.
- Create automation pipelines to enable team contribution.
- Collaborate with QA, Engineering and Product teams to set quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline testing with AI.
- Explore agentic AI approaches to test orchestration.
- Evaluate new tools to improve speed, reliability and accuracy.
- Support teams in adopting automation across the business.
