Job summary

ECA International is seeking an AI Automation QA Engineer to shape automated testing across the business. You will build automation capability, introduce AI-assisted testing tools and explore how agentic AI can improve testing speed, accuracy and scalability.

You’ll work with multiple product and engineering teams to create frameworks, workflows and pipelines that embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and enhancing QA automation frameworks.
• Experience integrating automation into delivery pipelines and SDLC.
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing, including test generation and self-healing scripts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automated test suites across platforms.
• Develop and scale the QA automation framework and workflows.
• Use Playwright, Selenium or Cypress to improve test coverage.
• Introduce AI-assisted testing techniques and LLM-supported debugging.
• Create automation pipelines enabling team contributions.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering and Product to set quality standards and testing strategies.
• Identify opportunities to streamline testing with AI.
• Explore agentic AI approaches for test orchestration and autonomous testing.
• Evaluate new tools to improve speed, reliability and accuracy.
• Support teams in adopting automation across the business.
