Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Implementation or Professional Services, in SaaS or tech consulting.
• 3–5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative tools.
• Experience delivering AI-related implementations.
• Able to advise clients on integrating AI capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder navigation across orgs.
• Process-focused with scalable delivery mindset.
• Ability to estimate delivery effort and craft statements of work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Forward Deployed Consultants.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of multiple projects.
• Coach and mentor team members with data-driven performance feedback.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Build programs to drive process improvements and scale delivery.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Partners to ensure success.
• Translate department strategy into actionable initiatives.
