Job summary

monday.com is seeking a Professional Services Team Manager in London to lead Forward Deployed Consultants delivering AI-powered implementations for enterprise customers.

You will manage 5–10 years of experience requirements, provide coaching, drive end-to-end project delivery across discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, rollout and training, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and Partners.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Managed Services
• 3–5+ years of people management experience
• Experience with project management, CRM, service desk, and/or collaborative work management software
• Experience delivering or overseeing AI-related implementations
• Familiarity with AI tools and advising customers on AI workflows

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of large volumes of projects
• Coach and mentor team members and set performance expectations
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and Partners to drive delivery
• Identify and implement process improvements and tooling
• Drive onboarding, enablement, and expansion of usage and revenue with customers
• Recruit, hire and train new team members
• Scale teams through internal process improvements
