Job summary

Accenture UK seeks a senior leader to shape how process transformation work is defined and delivered. You will govern standards for AI-enabled engagements, coach senior practitioners, and connect with technology partners to ensure offerings meet client needs.

You will drive the AX Design approach, applying human+AI agent concepts while embedding governance and delivery excellence across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Deep industry expertise in at least one domain and applying it to transformation methodology.
• Experience managing and developing team members in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of building, evaluating, and scaling AI-enabled solutions into client work.

Responsibilities

• Define how data, analytics, and agentic AI integrate with process transformation methodology across the portfolio.
• Surface client process improvements using model outputs and AI signals; embed AIOps practices.
• Set information design and insight storytelling standards; govern DL/LLM outputs and escalation triggers.
• Manage and develop direct reports at the intersection of data, agentic AI, and process transformation; coach senior practitioners.
