Job summary

• Desirable: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or scientific subject plus relevant operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify use cases for digital tools, automation and AI with clear problem statements and benefits.
• Coordinate pilots and proofs of concept with requirements, actions, testing and readiness.
• Provide user guidance, create simple instructions and learning materials for AI/digital tools.
• Maintain project records, use-case registers and benefit-tracking information.
• Ensure data privacy, information security and responsible AI oversight.
