Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a Customer Technology Advisor to join our Go-To-Market team. You will lead pre-sales, deliver demos, and articulate AI-enabled solutions to customers, working with Partner and customer teams.

This role offers a hybrid work culture in the UK, opportunities to shape our consulting practice, develop cross-domain expertise in applications, cloud, data, and AI, and to build strategic relationships with alliance partners.

Qualifications

Deep domain knowledge of application services offerings and technical solutions.
Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical applications knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions.
Prior consultative selling experience.
Externally recognized as an expert in applications in the technology and/or solutioning areas, including relevant technical certifications supporting subdomain focus area(s) such as applications, cloud services, data and AI.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices.
Develop and deliver solutions by identifying business and technical requirements and generating cross-practice offerings.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create winning responses and articulate technical value to customers.
