Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an Europe Engagement Leader to drive executive-level engagement, shape data center modernization and AI infrastructure strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win and deliver large-scale opportunities.

You will lead technical conversations with CIOs and infrastructure leaders, translate technical concepts into business value, and support strategic pursuits across Europe. This role emphasizes thought leadership and client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

15+ years of data center operations, engineering, consulting, design, facilities management, or infrastructure strategy.
Proven experience interacting directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
Experience supporting business development, pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting engagements.
MBA, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Act as senior technical advisor in customer meetings, workshops, and executive briefings; build credibility with CIOs/CTOs and line leaders.
Support business development in identifying and advancing strategic growth opportunities; participate in account planning and client discussions.
Advise on AI infrastructure design, GPU deployment, high-density cooling, capacity planning, and data center modernization.
Represent Kyndryl in industry events, develop thought leadership content, and maintain market intelligence.
