Job summary

Meta is seeking a People Service Delivery Lead to own end-to-end transformation programs across HR, payroll and people operations. You will design, build and implement tooling that streamlines workflows, leveraging AI and automation while ensuring governance and data integrity.

You will collaborate with engineering and business leaders to define requirements, communicate trade-offs, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and employee experience across a global scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs across HR, payroll, and people ops.
• Ability to translate people-ops needs into clear technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk mitigation across XFN teams.

Responsibilities

• Own development and delivery of large, complex programs from inception to delivery.
• Deliver tooling to reduce manual effort in people operations workflows.
• Partner with Engineering to shape system design and requirements.
