Qualifications

• Solid understanding of IaC principles and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with network, security, TCP/IP, routing and firewall configs.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services and load balancing.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible, Jenkins and Git.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with change and version control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network automation solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Develop and manage IaC templates for consistent network configurations.
• Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements.
• Oversee lifecycle of automation projects from conception to deployment and support.
• Conduct pre- and post-release testing to identify issues.
• Build and maintain an automation framework that supports self-service for internal customers.
• Document automation processes and maintain version control for reliability.
• Research emerging technologies to propose new automation initiatives.
