Job summary

PA Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking a Microsoft 365 & AI Specialist to help colleagues work more effectively using Microsoft 365, Copilot, agents and emerging AI technologies. Working within the internal IT department, you will engage stakeholders, understand business problems and turn ideas into practical solutions.

You will build confidence in AI-enabled working and support adoption and continuous improvement across Microsoft 365 services.

Qualifications

• Growing subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI-enabled working or related digital workplace technologies
• Ability to work independently, organise complex tasks and deliver to agreed standards and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand business problems and recommend AI-enabled solutions
• Run structured discovery to clarify requirements, outcomes and success measures
• Translate requirements into designs, user stories and implementation plans
