Job summary

Laminar Projects is seeking an L&D Specialist to own learning projects end to end, partnering with stakeholders to shape learning that genuinely helps people grow and learn. You’ll pilot solutions, test what works, and continuously refine experiences for impact.

You’ll also keep Thrive running smoothly, support users, manage content and use data to understand what’s working, while exploring AI to enhance speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in L&D, training design, facilitation, coaching, people development or consultancy.
• Ability to identify real needs and design learning solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Open to leveraging AI to design and deliver learning efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Own learning and development projects end to end with stakeholders.
• Design engaging learning experiences and pilot ideas before scaling.
• Maintain Thrive LMS, support users, manage content and analyze data.
