Qualifications

• Experience within digital learning, L&D, learning technology or a related area.
• Some experience creating digital learning content.
• Confidence using learning platforms and technology.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging digital learning content and resources.
• Working with teams across the business to understand their learning needs.
• Supporting and developing the organisation’s learning platforms and technology.
• Exploring how AI and new technologies can enhance learning and development.
