Qualifications

• Proven skills in a high performing target-driven customer call centre environment.
• Experience in a high target environment with daily call targets.
• Obsessive about customer experience and advocate for customer needs.
• Able to listen to customers and provide advice and support.
• Able to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Good understanding of GDPR rules and be able to use multiple systems.
• Experience in insurance or FCA regulated business.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Handle incoming sales calls, mid-term adjustments, renewals and returning customers.
• Assess customer insurance needs and advise on Zego products within compliance guidelines.
• Provide professional customer support over phone, live chat and email.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude and build trust with customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and log communications in internal system.
• Follow GDPR guidelines in all communications with customers.
