Job summary

Zego in London is hiring a results-driven Customer Sales Advisor to turn leads into loyal customers. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, guide prospects through the sales process, assess insurance needs, and recommend Zego products while following compliance guidelines.

You will log interactions in our systems, maintain a positive, empathetic attitude, and build trust with customers. Experience in a high-target call centre helps, as does knowledge of GDPR and ability to multitask across

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-performing target-driven sales and service environment.
• Experience in a call centre with daily targets and high revenue.
• Ability to listen to customers and provide advice and support while meeting compliance guidelines.
• Strong multitasking and time-management across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Handle incoming sales, mid-term adjustments, renewals, and returning customers.
• Assess insurance needs and advise on Zego products within compliance guidelines.
• Provide professional customer support via phone, live chat and email; document interactions.
