Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred for advanced roles.
Proven product management experience with end-to-end delivery.
Experience launching digital products and iterating from user feedback.

Responsibilities

Lead AI and data-driven digital product development from concept to scaled solutions.
Define a clear product vision and strategy prioritizing speed, learning, and value.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to test hypotheses and refine direction.
Maintain a lean roadmap with MVP scope and adaptability to insights.
Drive agile ceremonies and ensure rapid feedback loops and continuous improvement.
Foster experimentation and data-informed decision making through user research and analytics.
Ensure solutions are scalable and meet business and customer needs.
Create user stories, designs, and wireframes reflecting user-centered principles.
Communicate trade-offs and timelines to stakeholders and manage expectations.
