Job summary

Hook is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live. You’ll guide onboarding and ensure teams deliver to the highest standard, while shaping data for Hook’s ML models and collaborating with the data science team.

In this data-driven SaaS role, you’ll translate technical detail for stakeholders and manage multiple implementations with precision. Hybrid UK role with base salary £60k-£75k + OTE.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with complex joins, subqueries, window functions and aggregations.
• Experience translating technical detail into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience in data consulting, implementation, or customer engineering in a data-driven SaaS company.
• Curiosity for data, AI, ML, and cloud platforms; ability to manage multiple implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and onboarding.
• Act as a technical consultant to map success criteria and configure Hook to maximize value.
• Shape data powering Hook’s ML models and collaborate with the data science team.
• Run projects with precision, staying organized and meeting 28‑day timelines.
• Support pre-sales engagements and demonstrate Hook’s capabilities.
