Job summary

LILT, a leading AI-powered language translation company, seeks a Production Strategist to own onboarding and implementation for Enterprise accounts, applying AI-native workflows. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, align SLAs and KPIs, and embed automation to meet performance targets across onboarding, invoicing, and service delivery.

With 8+ years in localization and strong client-facing skills, you will lead complex projects in a fast-growing environment and collaborate with Revenue

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ related experience managing Enterprise-level localization programs.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking.
• Analytical and organized problem solving abilities.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive the use of AI across the Production team, optimizing all aspects of the production workload.
• Consult and work closely with Enterprise customers to align SLAs and KPIs with business needs.
• Lead implementation of processes and systems to meet customer requirements with automation at the core.
• Lead onboarding of new customers with an AI‑first approach to accelerate onboarding.
• Scope new services, including pricing proposals and SLAs, using intelligent tooling for scoping.
• Provide local support in the required time zone for direct customer engagement.
