Job summary

Referment is an AI-powered B2B marketing technology company partnering with commercial teams to run account-based campaigns and leverage engagement data across the buyer journey. This role sits in Marketing and builds internal AI tooling, agents and automations used by Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

You will map workflows, ship practical systems, maintain machine-readable context, and measure adoption through pipeline metrics and customer-retention impact.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in revenue operations, GTM engineering, marketing or sales ops.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, AI tooling or agent frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of modern CRM, enrichment and intent-data systems.

Responsibilities

• Map time-consuming workflows across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success and prioritise opportunities.
• Build AI agents, integrations and automations for research, enrichment, reporting and enablement.
• Turn manual go-to-market processes into dependable workflows on top of existing tech.
• Maintain structured, machine-readable commercial context for tools and agents.
• Measure adoption and results through pipeline metrics and customer retention impact.
• Document builds and develop a roadmap of productivity improvements.
