Job summary

Private Equity Insights Ltd in London is hiring for a Growth role in our London office (WeWork). You will work in sprints to build the world's largest network for private equity investors, learning copywriting, market mapping, and AI-driven outreach from day one.

You will own outcomes, not tasks, with a fast-learning environment, travel to conferences, and strong internal coaching. The role is full-time, in person five days a week, starting date flexible.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in growth or marketing roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong results.
• UK work permit; we do not sponsor visas.
• Strong work ethic and owner mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying and converting funds into our community with precise messaging.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue through existing and new channels.
• Write copy that persuades emails, landing pages, and posts; leverage AI.
• Sprint, test, and implement experiments; measure impact and optimize offers and pages.
• Build reusable systems and AI workflows to scale future wins.
• Contribute to high-impact work that delivers value to clients and investors.
