Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in growth or related roles.
• Bachelor's or master degree with strong results.
• UK work permit; visas not sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying, targeting and converting funds into our community.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue and execute activites.
• Write copy that persuades emails, landing pages and posts.
• Sprint, test, and implement optimizations to improve numbers.
• Build repeatable systems and AI workflows for ongoing wins.
• Do whatever it takes to win, including hands-on involvement at events.
