Job summary

Newpage Solutions is seeking a Full-Stack Solutions Engineer to work hands-on on AI-powered systems. You will sit with clients and product leaders to turn vague problems into working software, shipping end-to-end without handoffs.

Expect to build with Python/TypeScript, deploy on cloud, and own end-to-end delivery in a fast-moving AI environment. You’ll work at the sharp edge of AI development, using Claude Code, Cursor and other tools, shaping ideas into production-ready solutions with a strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production applications with AI or agentic approaches.
• Hands-on with agents and multi-step execution, not only prompting.
• Structured use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript with solid software engineering practices.
• Experience with vector databases, retrieval pipelines and eval harnesses.
• Cloud-native deployment using AWS/Azure with Docker/Kubernetes & GitHub Actions.
• Strong communication and problem-framing skills.
• Portfolio or open-source work demonstrating AI engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with business and clinical leaders to turn ideas into buildable solutions.
• Develop prototypes quickly and deliver working software end-to-end.
• Lead POCs, innovation sprints and internal experiments for new AI techniques.
• Build modular backends and full-stack apps with modern tech.
• Architect production-grade agentic apps and integrations with LLMs.
• Deploy to cloud providers and manage end-to-end uptime and security.
• Design prompts, context, and drive cost- and latency-conscious decisions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools within structured workflows.
