Job summary

Newpage Solutions, Bristol-based remote-first contractor, is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to turn ambiguous AI problems into production software. You will own the end-to-end delivery from ideation to deployment, working with Claude Code, Cursor, and modern TypeScript and Python.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience building production AI applications.
• W hands-on with agents, wiring tools to models for multi-step workflows.
• Strong Python or TypeScript with OOP and microservices.
• End-to-end implementation with vector DBs, retrieval pipelines, and eval harnesses.
• Cloud deployment across AWS, Azure, Cloudflare, or Vercel with Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Discover problems with business or clinical leaders and translate into concrete, buildable specs.
• Develop prototypes and ship working software end-to-end within timelines.
• Collaborate with product, design, and client stakeholders to translate ideas into software.
• Lead POCs and experiments to validate emerging AI techniques.
