Job summary

NewGen is seeking a Full-Stack AI Product Engineer in Manchester to own AI-powered products from idea to delivery. You will work across the full stack, build front-end and back-end, integrate APIs and AI models, deploy products, and present them to clients.

This role requires deep autonomy and ownership of the software shipped, with Claude Code as a core tool. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to shape solutions, iterate quickly and drive impact in a fast-paced, social-forward

Qualifications

• Experience turning ideas into working products without exhaustive specs.
• Ability to ship end-to-end features across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Own products and features from concept to production deployment.
• Build across the full stack: UI, application logic, APIs, databases, authentication, third‑party integrations and AI systems.
• Make pragmatic technical and product decisions to keep projects moving.
• Take responsibility for post-launch reliability, bugs and improvements.
• Move between greenfield and existing applications to deliver value.
