Stackfix is building AI-enabled client solutions on-site, owning the full lifecycle from discovery to production. You will map real workflows with operators, ship software that works, and integrate with existing client systems. You will own the system after it goes live and drive measurable value for customers.

We value autonomy, high standards, and sustained output. You will work closely with Paddy and Tom, and enjoy founder-level learning and exposure in a small, pragmatic team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of building production software.
• Strong Python expertise with hands-on coding experience.
• You enjoy talking to users and gathering feedback.
• You can reason about reliability, data quality, and edge cases.
• You care about delivering measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Sit with operators on-site and map how work actually happens.
• Build and ship working software.
• Integrate with whatever the client already runs.
• Own the system after it goes live.
