Job summary

Digital Futures is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, build and maintain high-quality digital and AI-enabled applications for clients. The role covers frontend, backend and cloud environments to deliver robust, scalable solutions that integrate into wider platforms.

You will collaborate with product leads, designers and data scientists to translate requirements into working software, write clean, well-tested code, and support end-to-end delivery from discovery to production.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production-grade full stack applications.
• Proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with version control, testing, CI/CD, and agile delivery.
• Ability to work across UI, backend and data components.
• Clear communication with non-engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full stack applications, covering UI, backend services, APIs and data integrations.
• Collaborate with product leads, designers, data scientists and engineers to translate requirements into software.
• Build clean, well‑tested and maintainable code, contributing to shared codebases and engineering standards.
• Support end‑to‑end delivery from discovery and prototyping through to production deployment and ongoing improvement.
• Ensure solutions meet non‑functional requirements including performance, security, reliability and scalability.
• Contribute to technical discussions and trade‑offs within cross‑functional teams.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of development practices and tooling and ways of working.
