Perk is expanding its People function and seeking a fixed-term People Advisor to lead AI-enabled ER work across UK, Europe, and beyond. You will empower leaders, manage complex cases, and drive proactive insights while maintaining rigorous documentation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building scalable, humane processes. Based within commuting distance of our hubs, you’ll partner with the People Team and business units to deliver high-impact ER

• Maintain flawless, compliant documentation while ensuring consistent policy application across the region.
• Transform raw data into strategic insights, identifying trends and early warning signs.
• Drive ER cases from open to resolution with efficiency and care.
• Partner with the wider People Team and business units to ensure aligned delivery of all ER matters.

The Role

We are introducing a newly created People Advisor role on a Fixed-Term Contract. This isn't just about managing a queue of cases; it's a unique project to build a legacy.

We want you to harness modern systems and AI to revolutionize how we manage employee relations, uncover casework insights, and proactively empower our business leaders.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has the curiosity to pioneer AI-driven ways of working, and brings deep experience handling complex, international ER cases.

You’ll collaborate closely with our People team across the UK, Barcelona, and Boston. If you want to lead a high-impact project that will meaningfully elevate our people and performance, we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll do

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
