Perk is expanding its People function with a newly created People Advisor role on a Fixed-Term Contract. You will lead AI-driven ER initiatives, transform case management and data analysis, and empower leaders across UK, Barcelona, and Boston to resolve complex employee relations matters.

You’ll thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborating with the People Team to deliver compliant, human-centric support and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to streamline casework and data analysis.
• Hands-on ER, performance and conduct case handling across UK/Europe.
• Ability to coach managers and provide co-pilot support in policy matters.
