Job summary

Perk is seeking a People Advisor on a Fixed-Term Contract to revolutionise employee relations with AI-enabled workflows. You’ll lead complex ER matters, coach leaders, and ensure compliant, data-informed decision-making across the UK and Europe.

You’ll work closely with the People team and business units, using modern tools to transform case management and deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Practical experience using AI tools to drive efficiency and embed modern workflows.
• Strong judgement and coaching skills to balance structured processes with human nuance.
• Hands-on ER, performance, and conduct case experience across UK/Europe, ensuring swift progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement next-generation ways of working with AI to streamline case management, data analysis, and manager enablement.
• Act as trusted co-pilot to leaders, guiding performance, conduct, probation, attendance, and policy changes.
• Maintain compliant documentation and high-quality, human-centric support across the region.
• Transform raw data into strategic insights, highlighting trends and early warning signs for proactive intervention.
• Drive ER cases from open to resolution with efficiency while maintaining care and compliance.
• Partner with the People Team and business units to ensure aligned delivery of all ER matters.
