Job summary

Perk is expanding its People team and introducing a newly created People Advisor role on a Fixed-Term Contract to revolutionize how employee relations are managed. You will leverage AI to research, prioritise accounts, draft outreach and handle casework across UK, Barcelona, and Boston.

You will work closely with leaders to navigate performance, conduct, probation and policy changes, delivering human-centric support while ensuring compliant documentation and timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools to drive efficiency in casework and workflows.
• Strong judgement and coaching skills for co-pilot support to managers.
• Deep ER expertise across UK and Europe with proactive problem solving.
• Strategic partnership and data utilization to mitigate risks.
• Attention to detail and regional compliance in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement next-generation ways of working, using AI to streamline case management, data analysis and manager enablement.
• Act as trusted co-pilot to leaders, guiding performance, conduct, probation, attendance and policy changes.
• Maintain compliant documentation and provide high-quality, human-centric ER support across the region.
• Transform raw data into strategic insights, identifying trends and early warning signs.
• Drive ER cases from open to resolution with efficiency and care, ensuring timely progress.
• Partner with the People Team and business units to align delivery of all ER matters.
