Job summary

Perk is expanding its People team with a newly created People Advisor role on a Fixed-Term Contract. You will drive AI-enabled ER casework, insights, and proactive leadership support across UK, Spain, and US hubs, shaping the employee experience at scale.

You’ll work closely with the People team to embed modern workflows, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality, human-centric support in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI to drive efficiency in case management.
• Strong ER, performance and conduct case handling across the UK/Europe.
• Ability to build integrated partnerships using data-driven decisions.
• Excellent documentation and compliance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-enabled case management workflows.
• Support leaders to navigate performance, conduct, probation, and attendance cases.
• Maintain compliant, high-quality documentation across the region.
• Transform raw data into strategic insights and early warning signs.
• Drive ER cases from open to resolution with efficiency.
• Collaborate with the People Team and business units on ER matters.
