Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Specialist, Learning Experience Design to join our global learning services delivery team. You’ll design and develop engaging digital learning experiences using AI-powered tools and modern authoring platforms while supporting our community of content creators and editors across the business.

You will own end-to-end learning solutions, applying instructional design principles to deliver practical, just-in-time learning.

Qualifications

• A strong eye for design and user experience – modern, clear, engaging learning design.
• Experience creating digital experiences or content in learning/UX contexts.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its potential in creative learning, with practical examples.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences (e-learning, microlearning, video-based learning, toolkits and more).
• Own small to medium learning solutions end-to-end from idea to launch and iteration.
• Use AI-powered content tools and modern authoring platforms to create high-quality learning quickly.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles for practical, just-in-time solutions.
• Ensure all outputs meet design, brand, accessibility and technical standards via QA.
