EXL is seeking an experienced AI Consulting & Solutioning Lead – Energy & Infrastructure (E&I) to drive growth in the UK/EMEA. This senior client-facing role combines deep E&I domain knowledge with AI, data and digital transformation expertise to shape high-value solutions for clients.

The successful candidate will originate opportunities, lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, delivering measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong domain experience within the Energy & Infrastructure sector.
• Experience advising Energy & Infrastructure clients on digital, data, AI and/or technology-led transformation.
• Ability to originate, shape and convert complex transformation opportunities.
• Senior client-facing consulting and growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities from origination and client discovery through consulting, solution design, commercial shaping and closure.
• Develop senior client relationships and accelerate pipeline.
• Lead Digital in UK/EMEA markets and define go-to-market strategy for digital initiatives.
• Own P&L of digital engagements and manage budgets and revenue projections.
