Sunnystep PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead our online store's P&L, sales targets and end-to-end customer journey.

You’ll drive merchandising, pricing and promotions while optimizing checkout and product pages to boost conversion and AOV. In this role you’ll implement AI and automation workflows across catalogue management, inventory, and reporting, connect data sources, and own weekly performance insights to prioritise improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in hands-on e-commerce with P&L ownership and D2C exposure.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, profitability, and customer experience improvements.
• Experience implementing AI and automation in live business workflows.

Aufgaben

• Own online revenue, profitability and customer experience.
• Manage product listings, merchandising, pricing and promotions.
• Improve conversion, AOV and repeat purchases through insights and testing.
• Optimise product pages, navigation and checkout to reduce friction.
• Partner with marketing on traffic, campaigns and retention.
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics and customer service to ensure stock and fulfill orders.
• Build AI-assisted workflows to reduce repetitive work and improve accuracy in catalogue management, reporting and order exceptions.
• Connect systems and data sources with checks before automated actions affect prices, orders or customers.
• Monitor automation after launch and improve reliability.
• Own weekly and monthly performance reporting and turn insights into actions.
