Job summary

You will run demos, enablement sessions, create playbooks, and translate feedback into platform improvements, partnering with engineering leaders and risk teams across a regulated enterprise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software development experience.
• Familiarity with modern engineering workflows (PRs, CI/CD).
• Experience enabling developers and driving adoption of tooling.
• Understanding of risk and governance in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Run demos, workshops, office hours, and enablement sessions for developers.
• Identify practical use-cases for AI coding tools across coding, testing, refactoring, and code review.
• Create reusable examples, patterns, and guidance to accelerate adoption.
• Gather feedback and translate it into actionable insights for platform and product teams.
