Job summary

Grip is building toward AI-powered agentic systems where data underpins intelligent workflows. The Product Manager will own data integration roadmaps, coordinate with the Data and AI squads, and shape how Grip’s data is ingested, transformed and exposed for agentic use.

You will work with data engineers on ETL pipelines, CDPs and monitoring to ensure data quality and security while enabling scalable AI features. This role is remote-based in the UK.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with a strong data background.
• Solid understanding of data architecture and ETL pipelines.
• Literate in APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with CDPs, tracking plans and data quality management.
• Familiarity with agentic tooling and MCP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve data integration challenges to enable AI capabilities downstream.
• Own the product roadmap for data integrations and data flows.
• Drive API integration with organiser systems and enterprise platforms for AI consumption.
• Collaborate with data engineers on ETL design and dataset structure for AI needs.
• Maintain and evolve event tracking via CDPs to ensure machine-ready data.
• Define success metrics and build data-grounded decision loops.
