Job summary

Wave Group is seeking a hands-on data leader in the United Kingdom to drive the AI data strategy from roadmap to live delivery. You will personally design and ship AI-native data products, working directly with business teams and end users.

You will diagnose gaps, manage vendor delivery, and ensure delivery remains honest and on track. A strong track record in AI-led data products and cloud platforms is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-native data products.
• Proven ability to work with business teams and end users to deploy data products.
• Strong cloud platform experience (AWS preferred) and data delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose gaps in data delivery and challenge vendor delivery to stay on track.
• Act as the bridge between data strategy and built solutions that run in production.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure live delivery of AI-enabled data products.
