Carrington Recruitment Solutions seeks a Transactional / Financial Data / Agentic AI Product Manager to join our global Professional Services team in Central London. You will split time between our Central London office and flexible remote work, coordinating across multiple development teams and third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities include consolidating three products into one, growing data sets, and guiding AI-enabled decision-making.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as Product Manager in a global environment.
• “Agentic AI” product experience and AI/ML familiarity preferred.
• Experience communicating with third-party suppliers.
• Ability to work beyond standard 9am-5pm hours.
• Knowledge of digital products and software development.

Responsibilities

• Join global Professional Services as a Transactional AI Product Manager based in Central London.
• Work from Central London offices ~3–4 days per week.
• Form a plan to merge the best parts of 3 products into one.
• Manage stakeholders across multiple development teams and suppliers.
• Retain client data and grow new data sets.
• Transform a product using emerging AI and data technologies.
• Evolve the product for AI-powered decision making.
